3. Eligibility

4. Cash offers and obligations

Free and non-binding

Cash offers we provide are free, non-binding, and create no obligation on your part to sell. Until both parties sign a written purchase agreement, no contract exists.

Offer validity

Cash offers are typically valid for 7 to 14 days from the date issued, unless otherwise specified in writing. We may extend, modify, or withdraw an offer at our discretion. Significant changes to property condition, title issues discovered during due diligence, or material misrepresentations may affect our offer.

Property visits and inspection

Before finalizing an offer or closing, we may need to visit the property in person. By requesting an offer, you authorize us to schedule a reasonable property visit with proper notice.

Purchase agreements

If you accept an offer, a separate written Purchase Agreement governs the transaction. The terms of that agreement, not these Terms of Service, control the specific terms of any sale.

Closing process

All closings are handled through licensed Kentucky title companies as neutral third parties. Closing dates, fund disbursement, and document handling are governed by Kentucky real estate law and the terms of the Purchase Agreement.

5. Communications consent

By submitting any form, requesting an offer, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via phone, text message, and email regarding your inquiry. This includes calls and texts placed using automated technology.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on opt-out procedures. Consent to receive marketing is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Information you provide

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in withdrawal of our offer and may constitute fraud under Kentucky law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solid Offers LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our website or services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, (d) any false or misleading information you provide, or (e) any breach of warranty regarding property ownership or condition.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

14. Dispute resolution

Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us directly and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through informal negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action subject to the governing-law and jurisdiction terms above.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking equitable relief (such as an injunction) in any court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect their rights.
